Job Description: This position performs complex professional work in a highly collaborative university environment providing event planning, marketing, development, and communication tasks for the TWU Libraries. Responsibilities include: coordinating and directing events hosted/sponsored by the TWU Libraries on and off campus; serving as liaison between the TWU Libraries and the Office of Marketing & Communication; coordinating and delivering marketing materials for the TWU Libraries in accordance with university communication initiatives, marketing plans, web style guidelines, and brand identity; coordinating TWU Libraries social media and web presence; assisting with donor relations and correspondence. Work is performed under general supervision of the Dean of Libraries and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and result obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the university policies and procedures.

Manager, Youth & Teen Services
Fayetteville Public Library, AR
Job Description: Direct activities within the Youth Services Department. Supervise Librarians, Assistant Librarians, Library Associates and Assistant Manager of Youth & Teen Services in support of these functions. Manage optimal workflow and staffing patterns. Train staff members on all aspects of library services, including reference, readers’ advisory, and youth programming to deliver high quality customer service. Manage the acquisitions and programming budgets. Communicate library policy to staff and customers. Provide guidance to staff on all customer service issues and manage customer relations. Work with the Director of Library Services to evaluate and improve Youth & Teen Services Department functions and, as a member of the management team, to evaluate and improve overall library functions.
Coffeyville Public Library, KS
Job Description: The Library Board is seeking a person with a Masters in Library Science with relevant library experience. The Director is responsible for all library operations and supervision of staff, payroll, budget, programming and service to the public. Candidates should be versed in all facets of current technology and possess supervisory, communication, organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and public relations skills that have been demonstrated in a library setting.
