Rental and Utility Assistance Programs Extended through September 2022
You must apply through Oklahoma Community Cares Partners. View the Application.
Community Cares also has a new Help Center for tenants and landlords to answer frequently asked questions.
Community Cares Partners serves the entire state. Restore Hope in Tulsa serves Northeastern Oklahoma counties, and many tribes also have programs. Residents in need should choose only one place to apply for assistance.
In 2020, Community Cares Partners provided over $21 million in rent, utility, and other assistance to Oklahomans impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. They plan to help many more of our fellow Oklahomans this year!
Your Oklahoma public library has desktop computers, wi-fi internet access, and document scanners to help you with the application process. If you don’t have an email address, your library can show you how to get a free one for application purposes.
