Primary responsibilities include teaching information literacy skills and concepts in assigned liaison areas, working with teaching faculty in those areas to develop departmental-specific objectives and providing instruction focused reference service. As the Faculty Liaison, this position will be the library’s public face to the faculty by attending Program Area Division Meetings, gathering the faculty’s user needs and instructing faculty on newly acquired information resources.
Starting salary range of $56,982 – $66,881 is based on the Lee College Faculty 12 Month Salary Scale. Initial salary is commensurate with education and related work experience.

Sitka Public Library, AK
$62,027.20 to $72,550.40 or DOE. City and Borough of Sitka is seeking a dynamic and experienced Library Director to supervise staff and operations of its Library. The position reports to the City Administrator and exercises supervision over support staff positions.
The successful candidate will have a passion, and strategic vision for library services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervision of all library services and staff, collection development, programming, implementation of library technologies, budgeting, community relations, initiation and coordination of grants and assisting in long-range planning. It may include some evening and weekend hours.
Completion of a Master’s degree program at an American Library Association accredited college or university with major course work in Library Science; two years experience as a professional librarian in a municipal, academic, special, or school library.
