For State Employees

The Oklahoma Department of Libraries serves the information needs of elected officials and state government employees, continuing a mission established in 1891 with the creation of the Territorial Library. We assist state agencies with their records management needs, and help disseminate state government information through our depository program and the electronic Documents.Ok.Gov. ODL serves as a public library for state government employees, providing services and resources to meet the informational and recreational needs of state workers and their families.
